Madison Baja

FS, LE, RCA

A licensed aesthetician and electrologist, Madison was born and raised in Michigan. After graduating from Michigan State University, she became intrigued by the technology of laser for skincare after undergoing treatments on her own skin for melasma (a tan or dark skin discoloration) and acne. Madison went on to attend The Laser and Beauty Institute and became licensed.

Treating the skin is a passion for Madison and her clients will speak to the “gift of touch” that only a certain few in the industry are given. With the knowledge and ability to handle the lasers along with taking time to understanding what her clients want to achieve, Madison provides her clients with beautiful skin and real quality results.

Madison’s cheerful and open disposition allows clients to feel welcome and ask questions rather than feel intimidated.

Aesthetics at Cima Health is truly a medical spa where you can feel relaxed to discuss your particular concerns including anti-aging, acne and acne scars, sun damage, hyper-pigmentation, rosacea, spider veins, electrology, and laser hair removal.

Committed to improving your skin, Madison will set up an individualized program to address concerns and provide you with the results you want to achieve. She can suggest high quality skincare products that she has personally tested for at-home regimens. Results testing starts with herself and family members. Madison’s mother, a walking testimony to the laser techniques and skincare services offered, proudly shows off her incredible skin given her daughter’s learned skills. Even her sport of a husband, Dr. James Cima, tries out products for best results!

Madison’s passion for learning allows her to employ the latest techniques with ever-changing technology to keep her clients abreast of what available treatments may provide them the best results.

Always thinking ahead for her clients, Madison will be announcing a membership program within Cima Health that offers services for both skin and whole body health for continuous results with even more affordable pricing.

Shannon was born in Michigan and moved to Palm Beach County as a young child. She grew up in Boca Raton and graduated from Florida College of Natural Health in 2001 with Associate of Science in the field of Natural Health. After attaining her dual licenses in aesthetics and massage therapy, she started working at the prestigious Spa at the Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach in 2002 until 2018.

In 2014, Shannon decided to expand her knowledge by becoming a licensed Electrologist focusing on light-based skin therapies. She attended Laser & Beauty Institute in Palm Beach Gardens, then became a licensed electrologist and received her certification as a Certified Medical Electrologist through the Society for Clinical & Medical Hair Removal (SCMHR).

Shannon has been dedicated solely to medical aesthetics ever since!

Her studies in skin care & laser therapies are ever growing as the demand for new and innovative treatments is constant. She firmly believes that one size does not fit all and will customize each treatment to the exact needs of each client while addressing their skin concerns. Shannon’s specialties include laser hair removal, photofacials, collagen Induction therapy, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and facial waxing.

Steffanie Birster

Steffanie was born in Germany to a military family, grew up in upstate New York, and moved to South Florida in 2004. After working in the Hospitality industry for over 16 years, her love for all things beauty and wellness finally lead to her decision to study Aesthetics.

“Aesthetics at Cima Health has provided me the opportunity to go beyond the norms of Aesthetics and to continue to expand my expertise. I believe in beauty from the inside out and am eager to work with you on reaching your skin care goals.”

After graduating from the Laser and Beauty School in Jupiter FL, where she excelled in HydraFacial, Microdermabrasion, and Dermaplaning, she set out to begin her career in an evolutionary field.

Dr. Erin Shaw is a Board-Certified Medical Doctor with over 14 yrs of experience. Dr. Shaw graduated from medical school at the University of Toronto, Canada in 2010 and completed her Family Medicine residency through Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Before moving to Florida in 2016, Dr. Shaw practiced in primary care in Canada. Since her move to the United States, she has practiced in Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Aesthetics. Dr. Shaw has also had additional training in Sports Medicine and is certified in Obesity Medicine through the American Board of Obesity Medicine.
